Pablo is a determined, dynamic & versatile Managing Director and Quantity Surveyor with a meticulous eye for detail, always making sure tasks are completed to generate maximum outcomes for the clients.
With more than 20 years’ of experience within the NZ Construction sector, including 10+ years as a Quantity Surveyor, Pablo has worked both client-side and for main contractors. As a result, he has developed skills to run projects from concept design to completion, including Schedules / Bills of Quantities, preparation of estimates, tender preparation & analysis, post-contract administration, financial reports, managing variations, final accounts, as well as other specialist services.
Gary is a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has worked in the construction industry in five different countries and has over 40 years’ experience. Gary brings a broad base of expertise to his role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Costwell Consultants.
Over his career Gary has taken the opportunity of working for both Contractors and Consultants since immigrating to New Zealand in 2001. This has provided him with the advantage of being able to effectively negotiate across the various levels of any construction environment and greatly facilitates him in his contract administration and estimating roles. Given the demands of the construction world and its frequent challenges, Gary’s diverse experience and skills are key factors in ensuring that the financial position of projects is accurately reported and effectively controlled.
Annie has a background in banking and finance and has been the Office Manager / Accounts Administrator since Costwell was established in 2017. Behind the scenes Annie takes care of the overall operations of the company including all administrative responsibilities. Annie enjoys applying her experience by delivering exceptional support, allowing the team to focus on Service delivery.
