Bank Funding
As we understand cashflow is a critical component of your development, Costwell will provide you with an Initial Funding Report to support you in obtaining bank funding on time allowing you to be able to obtain the finance require as soon as it’s required. Once the funding is approved with your bank, our experience team will assist you in reviewing and monitoring the programme, cost, and quality of your development by preparing monthly drawdown reports for the bank.
